Jon Woltz, PT, SCS, ATC

Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wartburg College in 1984 and graduated from the University of Iowa Physical Therapy program in 1986. He is an active member of the Private Practice and Sports Sections of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Jon is a member of St. John's Lutheran church. He enjoys live music, hunting, fishing, triathlons, wrestling, tree farming and his profession.
